Magntc Terms of Service

• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

We may verify age and remove accounts we believe belong to minors.

• Your account. One account per person, tied to a mobile number you control. You are

responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your device secure. You may

delete your account at any time from the app.

• Acceptable use. Magntc is for meeting people respectfully. You agree to follow the

Community Guidelines, which are part of these Terms.

• Prohibited. Harassment, threats, hate, stalking or coercion; impersonation or fraud;

scams or solicitation; sharing other people's private information; sexual content involving

minors or any non-consensual sexual content; illegal content or activity; interfering with

the service, its Bluetooth discovery or other members' devices; scraping or automated access;

circumventing a block, ban or age requirement.

• Your content. You keep ownership of what you post. You grant Magntc a licence to host,

store, process (including automated and human safety review), display and transmit your

content only as needed to operate the service — for example, to show your approved

photos to eligible members and deliver your messages. The licence ends when the content or

your account is deleted, except for copies kept for safety or legal reasons.

• Moderation. We may review content and reports, and may remove content, restrict,

suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or the Guidelines, with or without

notice. Decisions are recorded. An appeals process is being prepared [TO CONFIRM].

• Safety. Meeting people carries risk. Magntc does not run background checks. Use the

in-app safety tools (block, report, Hide Me Now, Safe Date check-ins) and your own judgement.

Nearby discovery never reveals your distance or location to others, but you remain

responsible for your safety when you choose to meet someone.

• No guarantees. We do not guarantee matches, availability of nearby members, or

uninterrupted service.

• Termination. You may stop using Magntc at any time. We may suspend or end your access

under section 6 or if required by law.
